All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, in original condition with tags attached
  • Items are in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ballet Flats (due to close contact with feet)
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear or tried on without protective socks

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Package items securely with all tags attached
  4. Ship to our returns center using a trackable method

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.
